Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Our cases are shrink-wrapped inside the gift boxes and will be well-packaged, wrapped in padding, and arrive in a plain, recyclable, cardboard box.
  • Orders ship from Chicago, USA, usually on the next business day after the order is placed.
  • You can select from several shipping methods and carriers when checking out.
  • If your order is eligible for free shipping, it will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and will include tracking.
  • Import or customs fees may apply in countries outside the US. We are not collecting these fees, they are applied by your country of residence.
  • Contact us for any questions about shipping, tracking numbers, delays, or damages in shipping.

Returns

30-Day Limit

  • You have 30 days after delivery to contact us for any replacements, returns, or refunds. We reserve the right to refuse any request received more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Defects & Damages

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a replacement and cover all shipping costs. Details and photos are required. Contact us to get started.
  • Gift boxes are not replaceable and are not covered by this policy. The gift box is padded and placed within another box for shipping, but it is ultimately included as packaging to protect the case inside. A damaged gift box does not qualify for a return of the full item, and unfortunately we don’t have individual replacement boxes to offer.

Wrong Items

  • If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will assist you in returning it and cover all shipping costs. Details and photos are required. We will ship you the correct item after we receive your return. Contact us to get started.

Returns

  • If there’s nothing wrong with the item, but you want to return it for other reasons, you will need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us.
  • Once we receive your item, we will process a refund within 5 business days, including the original shipping fees you paid, if any.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund, depending on the condition of the item. Contact us to get started.

Exchanges

  • We will process exchange requests as Returns, after which you can purchase a different item if desired.
